Venus in Scorpio as Mary the Queen of Hell
Let's explore the Virgin's power in the Medieval world over the infernal and nocturnal. In the modern world, we understand the Virgin as Mother, wife, and teacher, but forget that she becomes the voice between Heaven and Hell.

She advocated for sinners and held sway over her son through her words and her ability to intercede on behalf of those who call upon her name in the darkest hours.

12th-century texts gave her powerful dominion over the underworld and the power to thwart the devil's plots, saving souls from damnation. She often served as a guide to the underworld, describing what awaited them and bringing horror to both the demon and those who defied her word.
A tale of a famous Marian Legend: The Theophilus! Mary actively saves and intercedes with Theophilus after he makes a pact with the devil and condemns the holy names of Jesus and Mary; she asks him:
“How he had the face to call upon her when he well knew that he had denied both her and her Son.”
She will help, but she was a fierce spirit who wouldn't forget and solidified her as a condemner of speech sins, slander, and defamation.

Her forgiveness and prayer are enough to appease even Jesus' anger, as we see in her reflections:
"I suffer so much, so often, to restrain my son and prevent him from taking revenge as frequently as he desires."Her power to intervene from the darkness and erase human sins and transgressions is forgotten and distorted in our modern understanding of the Barren Virgin and her power over our sublunar world which was birthed from her womb.
